The location is quite central, so shops and restaurants are easily accessible. My room was indeed comfortable with a very comfy bed, I appreciated the pillows. Everything looked spotlessly clean and new. The breakfast buffet offered hot options, though limited. All food seemed freshly cooked. I found a good selection of cereals and other options.

the room was clean and the staff was helpful, nothing to complain about there.

I did find some issues, though, such as the heating system. It needed multiple calls to reception before they turned it on. i understand energy costs are a concern. however, i think guests should not be cold because of it, the tv did not work. i tried to turn on the tv in the room, but it just didn't work.

the room was very clean. the bathroom was also very clean. the hotel's location was IDEAL though the parking was expensive.

there was no decent coffee at breakfast. the machine seemed like one in an NHS canteen. the gym was tiny. rooms smelt a bit funny.
